Overview

The calibration substrate provided by GGB Industries allows the user to calibrate their GGB microwave probe heads to work with any brand of network analyzers on the market. Different layouts are offered based on probe tip arrangement and different pitch sizes.

To determine the correct substrate for you:

  1. Identify your PicoProbe’s footprint and pitch.
  2. Determine which calibration type is appropriate for your application (SOLT, LRL/TRL, or LRM/TRM).
  3. Choose the calibration substrate which matches your PicoProbe’s footprint, recommended pitch range, and your preferred calibration type.
