Chamber Plus Probe Station Added to Product Line

Everbeing has officially introduced the chamber plus probe station to our probe station product line. By extending the capability of our mechanically reliable stages and micropositioners, we have included the ability to test at negative temperatures down to -60˚C. The chamber also doubles as a shielding box enclosure for low leakage measurements.
